On Saturday, Nov. 3 and Sunday, Nov. 4, programs celebrating Maryland Emancipation Day will be offered at Button Farm Living History Center, the Sandy Spring Slave Museum, and Montgomery Parks sites including Oakley Cabin, Woodlawn Manor Cultural Park, Harper Cabin, and Josiah Henson Park.
