Start the year off with this fun, new way to exercise! Hula hooping provides a productive aerobic activity to help shed winter weight. This lesson will focus on basic waist hula hooping and strengthening coordination. All skill levels are welcome. Limited hoops will be available to borrow. Meet at the park office.

Come for fresh air and a leisurely 60- to 90-minute hike on the far side of Clopper Lake. Look for interesting plants, animals and winter waterfowl as you explore nature. Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather. Meet at Quail Ridge.
