The Montgomery County Geneological Society will host a screening of "Railroad Ties," a film by Ancestry.com. In the film, six descendants of slaves and abolitionists meet to learn about their ancestors. One of the participants will join the meeting for a discussion after the film. Free to society members; $5 suggested donation for non-members.

Art Dolls: Figurative Sculptures Tell a Story features the work of students enrolled in doll making classes at Montgomery College, where they utilize sculpting, painting, designing, wig making, costuming, and sewing to create art.
