Beginner Hooping
Seneca Creek State ParkStart the year off with this fun new way to exercise. Hula hooping provides a productive aerobic activity to help shed winter weight. This lesson will focus on basic waist hula hooping and strengthening coordination. All skill levels are welcome; limited hoops will be available to borrow. Meet at the Park Office.
