Completed in 1891 in the Romanesque Revival style, the Courthouse served all functions of local government for 40 years.  It is now home to preservation organization Peerless Rockville while still serving as a working County courthouse.

The Red Brick Courthouse will be closed for unexpected building repairs during June and July, 2018, with anticipated reopening on August 1.
